Swiss Water Process

This coffee has been processed using the Swiss Water Process, a natural, chemical-free technique that relies solely on water to remove caffeine from coffee beans.

In this process:

The green beans are immersed in water saturated with coffee flavors (called Coffee Extract).
A carbon filter is used to remove the caffeine without extracting the flavor compounds.
The beans are dried to preserve their unique taste.

The result?

A rich, balanced coffee, but without the caffeine.
